About the School
Welcome to a center of excellence undergoing rapid change
The Ahmed Mohamed Yazid National School of Journalism and Information Sciences trains a new generation of journalists and media specialists. Our teaching combines a solid theoretical foundation with intensive practical experience in the field, using professional equipment (TV studio, radio, digital laboratory). The school keeps pace with changes in the sector: institutional communication, digital journalism, audiovisual media, and geopolitical analysis of the media. Our ambition is to prepare graduates who are capable of innovating, producing, and understanding contemporary media issues in Algeria and internationally.

Unforgettable moments of 2025
The year 2025 was a key year for the École nationale supérieure de journalisme et des sciences de l’information (National School of Journalism and Information Sciences), marked by improvements in the quality of training, scientific dynamism, and institutional openness.
The school consolidated its educational programs, increased the number of workshops, master classes, and scientific events, and enhanced the visibility of its research through its academic journal and laboratory activities.
At the same time, national and international cooperation developed, as did digital transformation and institutional communication.
